About the position

Positive Learning Inside Sales Representatives play a key role in furthering the mission of the company and transforming learning for English Language Learners. Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance a sales pipeline to consistency exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Engage potential clients in meaningful discussions regarding their district goals and how Positive Learning’s offerings can best support these goals.

  • Deliver exceptional online product presentations.

  • Employ effective selling techniques including pre-call planning, effective opening, and productive questioning strategies that lead to a close.

  • Forecast sales accurately in assigned territory.

  • Track and manage all contact and opportunity information in company CRM.

  • Maintain expert product knowledge around Positive Learning products, the educational industry, and factors influencing the market environment.

  • Demonstrate teamwork through sharing of best practices and working with cross functional teams.


Requirements

  • Entry-level sales professional, experience prospecting and/or selling preferred

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to listen to understand

  • Comfortable using and learning technology. Proficient in using a CRM, G-Suite, MS Office, or similar tools
